NALSAR Mediation Tournament 2019
We are elated to announce that NALSAR ADR Committee is organizing the first NALSAR Mediation Tournament (NMT) on 29th – 31st March, 2019. This event is happening in collaboration with Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Centre for Mediation and Conciliation (CMC), Mediator Academy London, Luthra and Luthra Law offices, SCC Online, Bridge Mediation & Consulting, and Indian Bank.
The objective is to encourage the growth of mediation in the country by providing a platform for Law students to learn and practice the required mediation skills and evolve as mediation oriented lawyers. Along with the competitive part, the event also includes a Workshop on mediation and a Panel Discussion on concurrent debates around mediation to complement the learning experience of participants and college students.
