Ameesh Samalopanan

I am a psychologist turned management researcher who started his career with a master degree in Psychology. After a brief stint as consultant psychologist, I drifted into academics by being a lecturer of Psychology at Kerala University. My academic area of interest is Humanistic Management, a field of management that advocates that employees are not mere units of production but have to be considered human beings first- pretty much my life philosophy too. Did PhD (expected completion December 2021) from Krea University, and thesis title was- “Understanding dignity at workplace: Studies from Indian workplaces. Movies, photography, automobiles and travel are the conversation starters if we ever come across.
