- Headed the delegation from India to the 15th Annual Heads of NCB Conference, Lyon France from 9th to 11th April, 2019.
- Headed the Law Enforcement team from India to USA for advanced training on Hostage Negotiations in 2005. Master Trainer for Hostage Negotiation.

As Director, CBI, efforts of systemic changes were made with a system of close participative supervision of investigation and prosecution of cases, weekly review, and deployment of multidisciplinary investigative teams and enhanced focus on digital evidence to ensure effective compliance of Anti- Corruption Laws.
