Hon’ble Sri Justice U.U. Lalit, Former Chief Justice of India has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest and will deliver the inaugural address. Hon’ble Sri Justice M.N. Venkatachaliah, Former Chief Justice of India will deliver the keynote address. The other eminent speakers in the inaugural function include Hon’ble Sri Justice Arun Mishra, Chairman, National Human Rights Commission, Delhi, Hon’ble Sri Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, Chief Justice of Telangana and Chancellor, NALSAR, Hon’ble Sri Justice M.
