Dr. Veer Singh, Prof. Emeritus is well known for his contribution in the field of Legal Education, Research & Training. Besides 38 years of Teaching & Research Experience, he has held important administrative assignments as Former Chairman, Deptt. Of Laws, PU, Chandigarh, Director, National Institute of Law, KU, Kurukshetra; Director General, Army Institute of Law, Mohali & Dean University Instructions, PU, Chandigarh.
He has published more than Fifty Research articles and two Books. He is empanelled as a Lead Resource Person at premier Institutions and organizations including Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, IIPA, New Delhi, Punjab & Haryana State Institutes of Public Administration, National Cooperatives Institute, Chandigarh. He is and has been a member of many apex committees including UGC Committees, Punjab Legal Services Authority, Chandigarh, Consumer Council, UT, Chandigarh, Dean, Faculty of Law, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and Member, General Council, Rajiv Gandhi National Law University, Patiala, Member, Board of Studies and Law Faculties of many Universities
