Mr. H. Vageeshan(1971)is from Mahaboob Nagar District in Andhraprdesh. He did his M.A. (Political Science) from College of Arts and Social Sciences in  Osmania University and also got  a Bachelors degree in Education and Law from Osmania university. He cleared State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) of AndraPrdesh College ServiceCommission and later National Eligibility Test (NET) of University Grants Commissions In Political Science respectively and was awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).  He has got 12 years of experience in teaching for Undergraduates, Graduates andPost Graduates. He also worked for five years with a development organizations in the area of decentralized governance for rural development. He is pursuing research in that area. He is a writer and a translator and got Papers and Books to his credit which include translations of works of Mahatma Jyoti Baa Phoole And Dr. B.R. Ambedkarand critical look at Telangana. Development studies, Indian Government and Politics, international Political Economy, Social and Political Philosophy and Literature are his areas of interest.
