Dr.K.V.S.Sarma has specialised in Business Laws. He took his B.L. Degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, M.L. (Gold Medal) from Andhra University, Waltair specialising in Business Laws and obtained Ph.D. from Berhampur University on Consumer Protection Act – A Socio-legal Study. He is a faculty member in International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution teaching commercial Laws. He also worked as resource person for delivering lectures to M.L. students of Annamalai University at Madras, Hyderabad and Delhi. He also worked as resource person for M.L. students of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He taught M.L. students of Osmania University for five years. He is invited by the Central University, Hyderabad to be a member of the Programme Advisory Committee for the Post-graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws and Legal Information Systems. He has authored two books, five monographs and has published several articles in leading law journals. He enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in year 1983.
