Direct Admission of Foreign Nationals
 
INFORMATION ON ADMISSION OF FOREIGN NATIONALS 2-year LL.M. Degree Programme (2009-2010)
 

2-year LL.M Degree Programme

  1. Candidates possessing the citizenship of a foreign country will only be considered for admission.
  2. The eligibility requirement is that the candidate should have passed an examination recognised by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi as equivalent to LL.B / B.L Examination under Indian System securing a minimum of 55% of marks in the aggregate.
  3. They are exempted from taking the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).
  4. The admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
  5. The following should accompany the filled in application:
    • Copy of the Passport
    • Copy of the Student Visa endorsement on the Passport
    • Copy of the AIDS clearance Medical Certificate
    • Copy of the statement of marks at the Qualifying Examination (i.e. an examination equivalent to LL.B / B.L etc.)
    • Demand Draft for Rs. 2,000/- drawn in favour of ‘REGISTRAR, NALSAR’ payable at Hyderabad.
    • One passport size photograph pasted on the application form.

FEE STRUCTURE

   

Tuition Fee

US $2,000 per annum or equivalent in Indian Rupees

Academic Support Services Fee

Rs.3,000/- p.a. in two equal installments

Admission Fee

Rs.1,000/- (one time)

Examination Fee

Rs.200/- per course

Library Fee

Rs.2,000/- p.a.

Internet Fee

Rs.5,000/- p.a.

Electricity Charges

Rs.3,000/- p.a.

Sports and Games facilities fee

Rs.3,000/- p.a.

Journals Fee

Rs.2,000/- p.a.

Room Rent

Rs.12,000/- p.a.

Refundable Deposits

 

Library Deposit

Rs.3,000/-

Hostel Deposit

Rs.5,000/-

Mess Deposit

Rs.3,000/-
