Direct Admission of Foreign Nationals

INFORMATION ON ADMISSION OF FOREIGN NATIONALS 5- year B.A.,LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme (2009-2010)

5- Year B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme The number of seats available for foreign nationals is 10 (TEN). Candidates possessing the citizenship of a foreign country will only be considered for admission. The eligibility requirement is that the candidate should have passed an examination recognised by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) under Indian System securing a minimum of 65% marks in the aggregate. They are exempted from taking the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). The admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit in their 10+2 examination. The following should accompany the filled in application: Copy of the Passport Copy of the Student Visa endorsement on the Passport Copy of the AIDS clearance medical certificate Copy of the statement of marks at the Qualifying Examination (i.e. an examination equivalent to Intermediate / PUC / HSC / etc.) Copy of the Birth Certificate. Demand Draft for Rs. 2,000/- drawn in favour of ‘REGISTRAR, NALSAR’ payable at Hyderabad. One passport size photograph pasted on the application form.

Tuition Fee	US $5,000 per annum to students from SAARC countries US $10,000 per annum to students from other countries

Student Welfare Fund	Rs.1,000/- p.a.
Examination Fee	Rs.2,000/- p.a.
Reading Material Fee	Rs.1,000/- p.a.

Internet Fee	Rs.5,000/- p.a.
Electricity Charges	Rs.3,000/- p.a.
Sports and Games facilities fee	Rs.3,000/- p.a.
Journals Fee	Rs.2,000/- p.a.
Room Rent	Rs.12,000/- p.a.
Mess Charges	Rs.1,500/- p.m. approximately
Library Deposit*	Rs.5,000/-
Hostel Deposit*	Rs.5,000/-
